Field Days |
Field day is an extension activity to show the performance of demonstrated technology on farmer’s field. Farmers involved in this activity are practicing farmers of that village. This activity is conducted when crop is at full bloom stage. KVK has organized many field day on Cotton, Maize, Redgram, bengalgram. |

Kharif and Rabi farmers Mela |
KVK has organized four farmer Melas in Kannad, Khultabad. During Kharif and Rabi seasons KVK arranges extensions activities for technology transfer for farmers. |

Kissan Goshti |
KVK organizes kissan gohstis on the basis of demands and needs of the farmers groups. |

Method Demonstrations |
KVK organizes method demonstrations on seed treatment with biofertilizers, fungicides, pesticides, vermicomposting, vaccination to animals etc. |

Video Shows |
KVK has organized video shows on improved technologies such as fertigation, farm implements and tools, production technologies on shade net, high-tech floriculture etc. |

Technology week |
Every year KVK organizes technology week at KVK farm. In this week KVK invites scientist, farmers interactions, experts lectures on different topics related to production, technology, pest management, soil health management, women empowerment, health and nutrition of women and children, Goatry and poultry management, Dairy management, fodder management, protected cultivation, nursery management etc. KVK also organizes exhibition, demonstrations on new technologies developed by different SAUs and Research stations. |

Diagnostic and field visit |
Experts of KVK visit farmers field in adopted villages and solve problems of the farmers through diagnostic and field visits. |
